1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the customized nature of many of our corporate gift items, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please review the eligibility criteria below:

a. Custom/Personalized Products

  • Non-returnable unless the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

  • Custom branding, logos, engraved items, or personalized packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

b. Non-Custom Products

  • Can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective or not functioning as expected

  • Incorrect (wrong item, wrong customization)

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We may request:

  • Order number

  • Photographs of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund after reviewing the case.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Wait for a confirmation and return authorization from our team.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided in the authorization.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

6. Cancellations

Orders for non-custom items may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. For custom or bulk orders, cancellations are not guaranteed once production has begun.
