1. Order Cancellation Eligibility
a. Standard (Non-Custom) Products
Orders for non-custom products can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing or transit, in which case cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
b. Custom or Personalized Products
Orders that include personalization, branding, engraving, or other custom elements cannot be cancelled once processing or production has started.
If your order has not yet entered production, you may request a cancellation within 6 hours of order placement.

Please note:
For partially completed custom orders, a partial refund may be offered based on incurred costs.
We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors.
4. Cancellation by Jariwala Enterprise
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
Item is out of stock or discontinued
Errors in pricing or product description
Failure to receive required artwork or approval for custom orders
Suspicion of fraudulent activity
In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
