• All products are subject to availability. Displayed images/colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
• Prices are in INR and may change without prior notice. Taxes, duties, and shipping (if applicable) are shown at checkout.
• Order confirmation is an acknowledgment of receipt, not our acceptance. We may cancel an order (with full refund) for reasons including stock issues, pricing/typographical errors, payment concerns, or suspected fraud.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per order or customer.

4) Payments

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. By submitting payment details, you warrant you are authorized to use the selected method and that the information is correct. Orders may be held or canceled if payment is declined or flagged by our payment partners.

5) Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and may vary due to courier delays, regional restrictions, or force majeure events.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery or record proof and contact us within 24 hours.
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or additional charges.

6) Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
• Defective/incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as applicable.</ li>
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method after quality inspection. Shipping/handling fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7) Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including text, graphics, logos, product images, and software—is owned by or licensed to Jari Wala Enterprise and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8) Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jari Wala Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform or products. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product/order that gave rise to the claim.
